This notice describes ToolNuvilo v0.2.1, dated 2026-09-16. It describes this code release, not services that may be added later.
Calculator and text inputs
Inputs are processed locally in the page. The application does not send them to a backend, an AI provider, an analytics service or a payment processor. It does not automatically save inputs between visits. Choosing Save project explicitly stores your project name, inputs, tool identifier, model version and timestamps in localStorage under toolempire:projects:v1. This storage is unencrypted, limited to this browser profile and origin, and may be cleared or blocked by the browser. Do not save secrets on a shared device.
Saved projects and backups
Use My workspace to rename or delete saved projects, export a plain-text JSON backup, or import a compatible backup. Imports are validated before any existing records are changed; conflicts do not silently overwrite records. Clear all projects removes only the ToolNuvilo project list, not downloaded files or favorites. There is no cross-device or account sync.
Saved tools
When you press a favorite star, the app stores tool identifiers under toolempire:favorites:v1 in localStorage. This stays in that browser profile. Unstar the tools or clear the site’s browser storage to remove the list. Private browsing or browser settings may prevent persistence.
Clipboard and downloads
Copy and export happen only after you press the relevant button. Export creates a local text, CSV or JSON file. CSV inputs are read locally and not stored automatically. A project backup includes the inputs you chose to save. Your browser and operating system may retain clipboard data or downloads outside this application’s control.
Hosting and external links
When the site is hosted online, the hosting provider can receive ordinary network data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL. Actual log retention depends on the operator’s deployment settings. Configured hosting provider: OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. External source links, such as the eBay fee page, open third-party sites with their own practices.
No active tracking or payments
No analytics SDK, advertising network, affiliate tracking, account service or checkout is included. Those features require an updated notice and a review of applicable consent requirements before activation.
