Know the limits. One kilogram is not automatically one liter of resin. When a bottle is sold by mass, use its specific density to convert before entering volume. Consumables and post-processing are excluded.

How it works

For a $30 bottle containing 1,000 mL, a 50 mL job plus 10% allowance has an estimated resin cost of $1.65.

Cost per mL = bottle price ÷ bottle volume
Cost = print volume × (1 + allowance) × cost per mL

A few useful details

Can I enter a bottle sold as 1 kg?

Not directly. Convert its mass to mL using the manufacturer’s resin density, then enter that volume.

What should the allowance cover?

Only resin not already included in the print volume, such as handling loss. It is not a complete allowance for failed prints.

Do I need an account?

No. This release runs without an account, API key or payment. Saving a favorite stores only the tool’s identifier in this browser, not your inputs.
