Know the limits. This converts absolute temperatures, not temperature intervals. A difference of 10°C is a difference of 18°F, not 50°F.

How it works

For example, 25°C converts to 77°F or 298.15 K. Negative Celsius and Fahrenheit values are supported above the absolute-zero limit.

°F = °C × 9/5 + 32
K = °C + 273.15

The starter inputs above produce:

Converted temperature: 77 °F

Change the inputs to match your own situation. The result is an estimate or text transformation, not a substitute for reviewing your source data.

A few useful details

Why is a negative Kelvin value rejected?

The tool models ordinary absolute temperature scales and does not accept values below zero Kelvin.

Can I use this for a temperature difference?

Not directly. This tool includes the scale offset appropriate to an absolute temperature.

Do I need an account?

No. This release runs without an account, API key or payment. Saving a favorite stores only the tool’s identifier in this browser, not your inputs.
